The following case studies illustrate how Malaysia companies and brands use Web 2.0 to promote their business, products or services. Most of the cases are interesting and successful although there is one which proved to be a big flop. Nonetheless, it seems that Malaysia companies in general are very proactive in leveraging on the power of social media.
