Sports
Sports is an integral part of the Kiwi culture, with almost half the population belonging to the New Zealand Sports Assembly (comprising of 150 national sporting associations).

Its most popular sport is rubgy union -- no surprise as many Kiwis associate Rugby with their national identity. Other popular sports include cricket, soccer, netball, rowing and a variety of water sports, particularly sailing.

Hence, numerous blogs, websites and Facebook groups are dedicated to voice out their deep interest in sports or as forms of fans clubs. It is wise for those who intend to get in touch with NZ bloggers to start off the interaction using sports as the basis of the conversation.
