Social media in Vietnam - what stage it is?

I recently have worked for an Ad firm in Vietnam and observed some clients started requesting social media instead of speding all money in TVC and/or print ads, but unfortunately this number is still very a few. Vietnam young generation have been very active and proactive in facebook, blogs, twitter recently, how abt other sites?? Do you find this valuable?
